Welcome to Govind Constructions. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Govind Constructions (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its clients. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides construction services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
All work will be carried out according to the agreed scope, design specifications, and schedule as detailed in the project proposal or contract.
Any changes to the scope of work, including but not limited to modifications to design, materials, or deadlines, must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Quotations and Payment Terms

All quotations provided are based on the specifications and requirements provided by the client. Any changes to these specifications may affect the quoted price.
A deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required before work begins, with additional installments payable as per the agreed schedule.
The final payment is due upon project completion, after inspection and approval by the client.
Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 1.5% per month.

3. Project Timeline

The Company will adhere to the timeline specified in the project proposal. However, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, labor issues, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In the event of a delay, the Company will notify the client and make reasonable efforts to complete the project as quickly as possible.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible and free of obstructions. Failure to do so may result in project delays.

4. Site Access and Safety

The client must grant the Company full access to the project site during regular working hours unless otherwise agreed.
The Company adheres to strict safety standards and requires that clients and visitors avoid restricted areas and adhere to site safety guidelines.
The client must inform the Company of any known hazards or concerns regarding site conditions.

5. Materials and Quality Assurance

All materials used will meet industry standards and specifications as outlined in the project proposal.
The Company guarantees the quality and durability of all work and materials, except in cases of client-provided materials or where alternative arrangements have been made.
Any defects in workmanship or materials noticed within 12 months of project completion will be rectified at no additional cost, provided the issue is due to Company negligence.

6. Insurance and Liability

The Company maintains insurance coverage for on-site employees and liability for damages due to Company negligence.
The client is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for the site, including property damage, theft, and injury, unless otherwise agreed.
The Company shall not be liable for damages or delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, government regulations, or third-party actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documents provided by the Company remain the property of Govind Constructions.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of Company plans, designs, or documents is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

The Company respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose details of the project to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days, provided that valid reasons are presented.
If the client terminates the project, they may be liable for payment covering work already completed and materials purchased.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the contract in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or breach of terms by the client.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be taken to arbitration under local laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable region in which the project is undertaken.
The client and Company agree to adhere to all applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to the project.
